On the territory of the Lucky quarter will be built 8 residential buildings of variable number of floors (from 13 to 21 floors) for 654 apartments with designer finishing, modern design solutions and panoramic views of the city.
The quarter is visually divided into the lower and upper city. The upper one is new residential buildings with a view of the Moskva River embankment, the Ukraine Hotel, the Moscow City and the World Trade Center. The lower one is a unique public space for Moscow, which will create a special environment for the city's residents. Close attention in the quarter is paid to the improvement and landscaping of the territory. Existing plantings will be preserved here, as well as new squares and parks will be created.
In the new project, Vesper applies its experience of selling de luxe class real estate. Signature architecture, well-thought-out planning solutions, high quality finishes, innovative engineering solutions are integral characteristics of each Vesper project and will be implemented in the Lucky quarter.
The architectural landscape of Lucky is built on a combination of modern buildings and carefully restored historical buildings from the beginning of the 20th century. The historic buildings, surrounded by green park mazes and red brick paths, set the identity of the quarter and emphasize the architectural evolution of the place. Vesper invited the architectural firm "Meganom" headed by Yuri Grigoryan to work on the project.
Residential quarter "Lucky" is located in Presnensky district of the Central Administrative District of Moscow between the 2nd Zvenigorodskaya and Kostikov Street, 200 meters from the metro station "Ulitsa 1905".
Strategic location, convenient transport accessibility, closeness of the Moscow International Business Center "Moscow-City" and favorable ecology have made this area one of the most popular in the city. Among the nearest neighbors there are four park zones: "Krasnaya Presnya", "Krasnogvardeyskie ponds", Park of the December Revolt and Presnya Children's Park.
To the center of business life - "Moscow-City" only 2.5 kilometers, and to the Garden Ring a little less than 2 kilometers.
